Responsibility: 1.To be responsible to be in full compliance of the approved project procedures。 按照公司项目工作流程负责项目的正常进行。 2. Ensure all procedures and implementations are in accordance with corporate policy and procedures as well as project criterion. 确保所有流程的执行能够符合公司规定与项目评价规程。 3.Responsible for planning and front end development of secured project. 负责工程项目在市场开发阶段的计划和发展。 4.Organize and supervise the feasibility study and design by the design institutes. 组织，监督可行性方案以及设计院的设计工作。 5.Responsible for construction budget forecasting and implementation. 负责工程概预算的制定和执行。 6.Responsible for site management (schedule, cost, quality, HSE) of project in construction. 负责项目的施工现场管理 (进度， 成本， 质量， 安全/ 健康/ 卫生)。 7.Keep good relations with customers, local authorities, contractors and other business partners. 与客户、承包商、当地政府及等相关方保持良好的协调和沟通。 8.Organize technical and project audits of contractors. 组织对承包商工作的技术审计和项目审核。 9.Track and check the project implementation status. 定期核对承包商任务执行情况; 10.Ensure all project members follow proper HSE procedures and regulations. 确保所有项目成员按照职业健康和安全法规中规定的相应职责工作。 11.Prepare ITB , contract award paper & contract documents. Organize tendering process. 准备招标书， 中标通知书以及合同文本。 组织招投标工作。 12. To be responsible for timely delivery of project report required by the Company. Progress report and project close out report. 按照集团和公司的要求，按时递交项目报告。 项目进度报告和项目结束总结报告。 13. Support and assist in other department’s work. 支持以及协助其他部门的工作。 14.Complete all other tasks assigned by supervisors. 完成领导、上级交办的其他工作。 Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in waste water/water treatment/ environmental engineering/Chemical Engineering is preferred 给排水、环境工程或化学工程等相关专业本科以上学历。 2.Project manager certificate or architect certificate is preferred。有项目经理证书或建造师证书者优先。 3.Working experience in foreign enterprises for more than 3 years is preferred.外企工作经验超过3年者优先。 4.More than 8 years working experience as proposal/design/project management/site management in water treatment projects 8年以上水处理项目管理经验，具备水处理项目的方案，设计、工程施工、施工组织等方面的经验。 Competencies: 1.Good in communication skills and teamwork 良好的人际沟通和团队协作能力。 2.Process good computer skills，MS office, MS project schedule, AutoCAD具有较强的电脑应用技能MS办公室软件，MS项目计划，AutoCAD. 3.Honest, professional, strong sense of responsibility, strong enterprising spirit 诚实正直、务实敬业、责任心强、有较强的进取精神。 4.Well-behaviour, healthy 品行端正，身体健康。 5.University English CET-6 & above大学英语六级以上。 6.Familiar with national and international criteria, understand the procedures to get the relevant local authority’s approval for waste water/ water treatment projects熟悉中国和国际标准、规范；熟悉政府关于项目审批程序。 7.To be familiar with project construction,熟悉项目建设的流程。
